titleOfInvention | Method of lipase-catalyzed synthesis of fatty acid ester of clindamycin |
abstract | The invention discloses a method of lipase-catalyzed synthesis of fatty acid ester of clindamycin. The method comprises: reacting the clindamycin with fatty acid and/or fatty acid ester for 0.05-72 hours under 20-80 DEG C in the presence of a catalysis effect of the lipase, separating and purifying the reaction solution to obtain the fatty acid ester of clindamycin, wherein a mole ratio of the clindamycin with the fatty acid and/or the fatty acid ester is 1 : 0.1 to 1 : 10, and an amount of the lipase is 0.01-10 times of a mass of the clindamycin. The method realizes enzymatic synthesis of the fatty acid ester of the clindamycin for the first time, prevents protective and de-protective processes for 3,4-hydroxy of the clindamycin during a chemical synthesis of the product, reduces technological process, and has characteristics of high catalytic efficiency, good selectivity and good stability. |
