The acrylamide single body delayed-coagulation profile control agent is used for adjusting a water absorption profile of a water injection well in the water injection development process of an oil field and sealing a fluid channeling passage, a high-permeable layer and a water outlet layer of the oil well, and can effectively increase the water drive swept volume and increase the oil recovery.
