titleOfInvention Sulfonyl-containing compound, organic light-emitting device (OLED) adopting same and preparation method of OLED
abstract The invention provides a sulfonyl-containing compound, an organic light-emitting device (OLED) adopting the same and a preparation method of the OLED. The structural formula of the sulfonyl-containing compound is shown in the specification, wherein in the formula, R is a group which can be connected with more than three dibenzothiophene/dibenzofuran; and R1, R2 and R3 are alkyl chains, aromatic ring groups or heterocycle groups. The sulfonyl-containing compound has the beneficial effects that more than three dibenzothiophene/dibenzofuran units are combined together by utilizing bridging units to form a new sulfonyl-containing compound in a star molecular structure, thus not only are the electron affinity and electron transport property of dibenzothiophene/dibenzofuran combined but also the spatial characteristics of the star molecules are combined, and the bridging units can also further improve the hole transport capacity or electron transport capacity, so that the sulfonyl-containing compound is used in the light-emitting layer or electron transport layer of the OLED and can effectively improve the efficiency and prolong the life of the OLED.
