titleOfInvention | Identification and separation method for tartaric acid enantiomer by chiral column material, and application of chiral column material |
abstract | The invention relates to an identification and separation method for tartaric acid enantiomer by chiral column material, and application of chiral column material. The method comprises the following steps of: aiming at the advantage of beta-cyclodextrin and derivative thereof in the aspect of chiral separation, filling a glass tube with chiral column L-Trp-CD material, adding tartaric acid racemic solution in the glass tube, sealing, placing the glass tube in a thermostatic water bath, until absorption balance is realized, after absorption, performing centrifugal separation, and testing the absorbancy of the clear liquid at the 215nm wavelength part by a UV-2450 spectrophotometer; and testing the optical activity of the clear liquid by a polarimeter. The method has the advantages of: using the L-Trp-CD as the chiral separation absorption column, having higher identification ability to the L-tryptophan, being simple to operate, low in cost and excellent in separation effect, being capable of realizing separation of L and D type enantiomers in the racemic tartaric acid, and having certain practical value. |
