titleOfInvention Special double-membrane inorganic fertilizer for peanuts
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizers for crops and in particular relates to a special double-membrane inorganic fertilizer for peanuts. The inorganic fertilizer is characterized in that inner raw materials include urea, ferrous sulfate and single superphosphate; coating materials include gelatin, sulfur and sodium silicate; and outer raw materials include urea, diammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, zinc sulfate and attapulgite clay powder. A preparation method comprises the following steps of: grinding the inner raw materials, mixing the powder uniformly, granulating the mixture and drying the granules to prepare an inner coated fertilizer; and grinding the outer raw materials, mixing the powder uniformly, adding the inner coated fertilizer for granulation and drying the granules, thus obtaining the inorganic fertilizer. The inorganic fertilizer has the beneficial effects that by adopting the double-layer coated fertilizer, the nutritional requirements of peanuts at different development stages are met through one-time fertilization; the attapulgite clay powder is adopted as an instant fertilizer binding agent and contains rich trace elements, thus enriching the nutritional ingredients of soil; and the inorganic fertilizer is commonly used as the raw material in production, does not pollute the environment and crops, simultaneously is reasonable in formula, is nutritionally balanced, has better effects and can improve the fertilization utilization rate obviously and improve the peanut yield and quality.
