titleOfInvention | Method for distinguishing natural shark-fin from bionic shark-fin |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for distinguishing natural shark-fin from bionic shark-fin. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking a stand-by fin pin, cutting the fin pin into a pillaret through a blade, and keeping the surface of the transverse section smooth; (2) placing the pillaret on a glass slide of a microscope, enabling the transverse section to be upward, adjusting the magnification ratio of the microscope according to the section size of the fin pin, fine-adjusting till the picture displayed by a related photograph system of the microscope and taking a photo; and (3) judging the fin pin with the following specially-shaped structures as a fin pin of the natural shark-fin: an eddy exists in the center of the section of a sample, transparent bright bands and nontransparent dark bands are alternately arranged from the center to edge to form concentric ring-like zones one after another, and the ring-like zones take the ellipse-like shapes, and judging the fin pin without the specially-shaped structure as a bionic fin pin. The method can conveniently and quickly distinguish true and false shark-fin, real-timely and effectively control the product quality and has very significant application values in reinforcing shark-fin market supervision and protecting consumers' rights and interests. |
