titleOfInvention Shell-and-tube sewage-refrigerant phase change heat exchanger
abstract The invention discloses a shell-and-tube sewage-refrigerant phase change heat exchanger which is applicable to a direct-type sewage source heat pump and can be used as an evaporator or a condenser. The shell-and-tube sewage-refrigerant phase change heat exchanger consists of refrigerant flow channels, sewage flow channels, a casing and a base; the cylindrical casing is horizontally arranged; sewage flows in a plurality of layers of horizontal flow channels inside the casing; refrigerant flows in horizontal heat transfer tubes inside the casing; the outer surfaces of the heat transfer tubes are immersed in the sewage flow channels; and the sewage and the refrigerant exchange heat through the walls of the heat transfer tubes. The shell-and-tube sewage-refrigerant phase change heat exchanger is characterized in that the flowing direction of the sewage in the horizontal sewage flow channels is perpendicular to the axis of the casing; each refrigerant flow channel comprises a plurality of heat transfer tubes, two tube plates, a plurality of baffle plates, two sealing heads, a liquid phase port and a steam phase port; each sewage flow channel comprises a sewage inlet, a flow channel plate, a back flowing port, a partition board, a flow exchange chamber and a sewage outlet; and the casing is in a horizontal cylindrical shape and is divided into an upper casing and a lower casing which are detachable and can be connected through a flange.
