abstract |
The invention discloses chemical synthesis as well as anti-tumor functions of bi-functional conjugates shown in Figure 1, and in particular relates to a conjugate formed by docetaxel and MDP ramification, and docetaxel and MDP simplifier (which is a potent immunopotentiator) are connected, so that dual effects of anti-tumor and anti-tumor metastasis combined with chemical treatment and immunological therapy are realized. The invention combines solid-phase synthesis with liquid-phase synthesis methods to synthesize a plurality of conjugates formed by docetaxel and MDP simplifier, and proves that the conjugates can be used for preparing anti-tumor medicine through reliable biological experimental methods and data. |
