titleOfInvention Novel aliphatic ketone compound having acaricidal activity
abstract The invention discloses a separating and preparing method, a structure identifying method and application in killing activity of tetranychus cinnabarinus of a novel compound 1,2-dyhydroxy-hexacosane-4-ketone. Specifically, a solvent method is used to extract, silica gel, resin and a chromatographic technique like high performance liquid chromatography are used to separate and purify, various spectrum technologies are used to identify the structure of the separated pure compound CJ-A01, and the chemical name of the pure compound CJ-A01 is finally determined as 1,2-dyhydroxy-hexacosane-4-ketone with the structure described in the specification. Pharmacological activity proves that the LC50/(mg.mL<-1>) of the CJ-A01 is 1.1869 after being contacted with the tetranychus cinnabarinus for 24 hours. Therefore, the CJ-A01 has potentials to be further developed as a plant source acaricide.
