titleOfInvention Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating bradyarrhythmia, and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating bradyarrhythmia, which comprises the following raw material medicine in weight percentage: 20-40 parts of Chinese ephedra, 2-4 parts of cassia twig, 1-3 parts of magnolia vine fruit, 15-25 parts of aconite root, 10-20 parts of dried rehmannia root, 5-15 parts of astragalus root, 2-6 parts of asarum herb, 10-20 parts of lilyturf root and 4-8 parts of prepared licorice root. The invention also provides an application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia, particularly in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome and atrioventricular block. The clinical test and animal test show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has high total effective rate of treating the bradyarrhythmia, works better than the isoprenaline, and has the remarkable significance in treatment of sick sinus syndrome and atrioventricular block; meanwhile, the acute toxicity test shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition is extremely low in toxicity, thereby being easy to be accepted by patients; and additionally, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is less in components of the raw material medicine, rich, easily obtained, low in price, simple in preparation process, and suitable for universal popularization and application.
