Associated use of human NLK (Neuroleukin) gene and associated medicines |
abstract |
The invention discloses associated use of a human NLK (Neuroleukin) gene and associated medicines. The invention discloses use of NLK in tumor treatment, tumor diagnosis and medicine preparation. The invention further constructs separated oligonucleotide molecules capable of reducing NLK genetic expression in tumor cells, cells comprising separated oligonucleotide molecules and NLK gene interference lentivirus, and discloses use thereof. The separated oligonucleotide molecules capable of reducing NLK genetic expression in tumor cells or the NLK gene interference lentivirus provided by the invention can specifically inhibit expression of the human NLK gene, in particular lentivirus, and can efficiently infect target cells and inhibit expression of human NLK gene in the target cells so as to further inhibit growth of tumor cells and promote tumor apoptosis. The gene has significant meaning in tumor treatment. |
