titleOfInvention Aqueous dry-type laminating adhesive and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to an aqueous dry-type laminating adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The aqueous dry-type laminating adhesive comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15%-45% of pre-emulsification aqueous emulsion, 55.643%-78.16% of modified phenylpropyl ethylene-ethyl ester copolymer emulsion, 0.01%-3% of functional auxiliaries and 0.001%-2% of acid-alkali regulator, and the sum of the above components in percentage is 100%. The invention comprises advantages that the production cost is greatly reduced, and therefore, the aqueous dry-type laminating adhesive is safe to use, environment-friendly, good in emulsifying effect and unlikely to generate precipitates. Moreover, during a polymerization process, viscous monomer butyl acrylate, styrene, hydroxyethyl methacrylate and the like are used for co-polymerization, so that the polymer is strong in initial viscous force, the stripping temperature, the glass transition temperature and the like can be controlled well. Meanwhile, a cross-linking agent, an itaconic acid, acrylic acid, N-hydroxyl acrylic amide and the like are introduced for being cross-linked with the copolymer, so that the cohesive strength, the heat resistance and the ageing resistance of the laminating adhesive are remarkably improved; and meanwhile, the stability of the emulsion is also improved.
