The invention initially provides a Talin-1 segment which can serve as a diagnosis marker for human immunodeficiency virus infection and a kit thereof. The Talin 1 segment is shown in SEQ ID NO 1 or SEQ ID NO 2. The invention also provides a corresponding kit and an application thereof. When the diagnosis marker or the kit is used for screening human immunodeficiency virus infection sufferers, a method is simple and easy to understand, operation is easy, cost is low, a diagnosis result can be provided more quickly, an infection sufferer can be helped to know pathogenic condition as early as possible, and a therapeutic schedule can be planned as early as possible and the pathogenic condition can be controlled as early as possible; and the diagnosis marker and the kit are especially applicable to detection on samples with low human immunodeficiency viral load. The diagnosis marker provided by the invention can be combined with other diagnosis methods or diagnosis markers, so that accuracy rate and sensibility of diagnosis are further increased. |
