abstract | The invention discloses a novel nano-silver particle preparation method and relates to a method utilizing N'-alkyl-N and N-dimethyl guanyl bicarbonate surface active agents to prepare micro emulsions and preparing nano-silver particles in the micro emulsion solution. The method includes the steps of preparing the guanyl bicarbonate surface active agent micro emulsions, utilizing the micro emulsions to solubilize silver nitrate and reductant aqueous solution, mixing the silver nitrate and the reductant aqueous solution to carry out reaction for several hours under ultrasound, heating a system or supplying the air, or nitrogen or other gases to carry out emulsion breaking and layering on the micro emulsions after reaction is completed, carrying out vacuum drying under 40-80 DEG C through centrifuging and washing to obtain the nano-silver particles. The method can be used for obtaining monodisperse nano-silver particles with the particle size of 5-100nm. |
