abstract The invention discloses a ractopamine antibody immunoaffinity chromatography column and application thereof. The filler of the ractopamine antibody immunoaffinity chromatography column provided by the present invention is formed by cross-linking a ractopamine hapten with a solid-phase carrier; the structure of the ractopamine hapten is shown in formula I; the solid-phase carrier is Agarose gel, cellulose, dextran gel, polyacrylamide gel, porous glass or polyacrylamide-agarose gel. Compared with the existing antibody purification techniques such as salting out and traditional chromatography, the present invention has the following main advantages: (1) the hapten ractopamine can be combined with the solid-phase carrier by using the treatment of introducing amino groups to ractopamine; (2) Utilizing the specific affinity between antigen and antibody, non-specific antibodies and other miscellaneous proteins are effectively removed, the purification efficiency of ractopamine antibody is improved, and the operation is simple.
