abstract | The invention discloses an effective part of traditional Chinese medicine compound Chinese angelica blood replenishing soup and a synchronous preparation method and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: grinding Chinese angelica and radix astragali; performing supercritical CO2 extraction of the Chinese angelica powder to obtain volatile oil and dregs; mixing the radix astragali powder and the dregs and extracting with an ethanol solution, and filtering and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution; filtering the concentrated solution, and treating the filtrate through macroporous resin and anion exchange resin; eluting the macroporous resin with water to obtain a polysaccharide solution; eluting the macroporous resin with 20-50% ethanol solution and 70-95% ethanol solution respectively to obtain a total saponins solution and a total flavonoids solution; eluting the anion exchange resin with 50-70% ethanolamine liquid to obtain a total ferulic acid solution; and conducting freeze-drying on the total polysaccharides solution, the total saponins solution, the total flavonoids solution and the total ferulic acid solution. The preparation method is simple and effectively avoids resource waste by single extraction; and the obtained effective part has an effect of improving the blood deficiency symptom. |
