abstract The invention relates to a method for improving the internal quality of low-class tobacco through solid fermentation. A mixture liquid composed of a composite enzyme liquid, a tobacco quantifying liquid and a microorganism seed bacterium suspension into the low-class tobacco, and the low-class tobacco is subjected to enzymolysis and microorganism fermentation under solid condition, so as to improve the internal quality of the low-class tobacco. After the low-class tobacco is subjected to the solid fermentation treatment of the composite enzyme liquid, the quantifying liquid and the microorganism, the main chemical components in the low-class tobacco trend to be appropriate in content and coordinate in ratio, and the smoking quality is improved; under appropriate solid fermentation condition, by utilizing the technique, the growth of harmful microorganism in the low-class tobacco is effectively suppressed, the harmful microorganism is killed, and the time in solid fermentation of the tobacco is greatly shortened.
