Specifically, it is an ethanol solvate with the following physical properties and other various crystal forms transformed from an ethanol solvate; (a) in powder X-ray diffraction (Cu-Kα), at 2θ=5.9 degrees, There are peaks at 17.1 degrees, 17.6 degrees and 21.5 degrees; (b) in the infrared absorption spectrum, characteristic absorption bands are located at 3538cm -1 , 3357cm -1 , 2964cm -1 , 1673cm -1 , 1634cm -1 and 1505cm -1 ; and (c) The melting point is around 111°C.
