abstract The invention provides a nucleic acid, and is characterized in that a structure of the nucleic acid is as shown in a formula (1), wherein V, W, X, Y and Z are single chain nucleic acid fragments respectively and are connected through phosphodiester bonds; Z is a nucleic acid adaptor; and nucleotide sequences of V and X are in reverse complementary. The invention further provides a preparation method of a drug carrier, and the method comprises denaturation and annealing of the above nucleic acids. The invention further provides the drug carrier which is prepared by the above preparation method of the drug carrier. The invention further provides a preparation method of a pharmaceutical composition, and the method comprises loading the pharmaceutical composition onto the drug carrier. The invention further provides the pharmaceutical composition prepared by the above preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition. The nucleic acid provided by the invention has targeting and can be loaded with drugs.
