abstract The invention provides a separation method for the amniotic mesenchymal stem cells of excellent ice-snow sportsmen. The separation method comprises the following steps of: precisely selecting materials and removing hybrid cells, washing, and performing a pancreatic enzyme-collagenase combined sequential digestion method. The amniotic mesenchymal stem cells of the excellent ice-snow sportsmen prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can be used for providing seed cells for searches on the genes, proteins and the like related to movements of the excellent ice-snow sportsman; therefore, theoretical basis can be provided and enriched in the sports and exercise physiology, and a new means is further provided in the aspect of sports medicine treatment simultaneously.
