abstract The invention discloses special equipment for preparing biodiesel. The special equipment comprises a reactor, a separator, a rectification tank and a return tank, wherein the reactor is provided with a catalyst filling opening for placing a catalyst; the feeding hole of the reactor is communicated with a material source, while the discharge hole thereof is communicated with the feeding hole of the separator; the discharge hole of the separator is communicated with the feeding hole of the rectification tank; the rectification tank is provided with a biodiesel outlet and a glycerol outlet; and the feeding hole of the return tank is communicated with the reactor, while the discharge hole thereof is communicated with the material source. In this way, the raw material which does not thoroughly react enters an ester exchange system again via the return tank and reacts again; therefore, the waste of the reactant is avoided, the production cost is reduced and the yield and the purity of the product are improved.
