titleOfInvention Moire fringe antibiosis color master batch used for polystyrene category rigid plastic toy and preparation method
abstract A moire fringe antibiosis color master batch used for a polystyrene category rigid plastic toy is composed of a moire fringe color master batch and an antibiosis bottom color master batch. The moire fringe color master batch is composed of 0.1 percent to 5 percent of toner, 0.1 percent to 2 percent of diffusion promoter, 0.1 percent to 4 percent of dispersion lubricant, 47 percent to 56 percent of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin, 23 percent to 33 percent of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin and 9 percent to 19 percent of ethylene-acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer. The antibiosis bottom color master batch is composed of 0.1 percent to 1.0 percent of toner, 0.2 percent to 1.0 percent of antioxygen 1010, 15 percent to 25 percent of nanometer ag-carrying antibacterial, 8 percent to 12 percent of dispersion lubricant and 65 percent to 75 percent of acrylonitrile-styrene (AS) resin. The preparation method of moire fringe antibiosis color master batch used for the polystyrene category rigid plastic toy includes: adding raw materials into a high-speed mixer to mix, adding the mixture into a double screw extruder to extrude, and packing the mixture into the needed master batch after cooling, drying and dicing. The moire fringe antibiosis color master batch used for the polystyrene category rigid plastic toy has the advantages of being small in ingredient dosage, low in master batch molding energy consumption and simple in molding process, being capable of meeting antibiosis requirements on the polystyrene category (PS) rigid plastic toys and colorful and dreamlike requirements of children on the toys and being widely suitable for coloring of PS rigid plastic.
