abstract | The invention relates to a method of utilizing waste polyurethane foaming plastic and nonmetal powder to prepare composite materials. The method includes a first step of smashing waste polyurethane foaming plastic and sieving impurities, a second step of carrying out high-speed stirring and adding uncoupler for uncoupling, a third step of adding polypropylene, the nonmetal powder, maleic anhydride-polypropylene grafting agents and addition agents and carrying out high-speed stirring, wherein the addition agents include dioctyl phthalate, sodium stearate, zinc stearate and liquid paraffin, a fourth step of adding the mixture into a screw machine and carrying out extrusion and granulation, and a fifth step of squeezing the mixture into a fixed mould for forming. The method has the advantages that 100% of the waste polyurethane foaming plastic and the nonmetal powder are recycled and reused, disposal expenses of industrial wastes are saved, and the prepared composite materials can be used for manufacturing regeneration base plates, environment-friendly plastic and the like. The wastes are changed into wealth. |
