titleOfInvention Separation method for azeotrope of ethylene diamine and water
abstract The application discloses a separation method for an azeotrope of ethylene diamine and water. The separation method comprises the steps of introducing a mixture of ethylene diamine and water into a rectification column for dehydration of ethylene diamine; adding a dehydrating agent to the system, making the dehydrating agent form a low boiling point azeotrope with water but not ethylene diamine by methods of adjusting a position of the mixture feeding port, a position of a refluxing port of the dehydrating agent and a refluxing proportion, and controlling a temperature of the tower, and the like; steaming the low boiling point azeotrope out from the top of the tower and outflowing the dehydrated ethylene diamine from the bottom of the tower. The mass content of water in ethylene diamine is about 1-30%. The separation method is advantageous in that the dehydrated ethylene diamine can meet the requirement indexes of a product.
