A oral liquid of the invention is prepared based on compatibility principles of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, has the efficacies of tonifying kidney and qi, and resolving and relieving strangury, and can be used for diseases of deficiency of both kidney and spleen, blood stasis due to qi stagnation, prostatic hyperplasia, and chronic prostatitis; and symptoms of bright pale complexion, fatigue and lack of strength, abdominal falling distention, and ungratifying urination, difficult urination, or frequent urination, urgent urination, and painful urethra. Compared with existing pills, tablets and capsules with the same efficacy, the pharmaceutical combination of the present invention has advantages of small in dosage, good in taste, convenient for taking, fast in absorption, high in bioavailability, stable in quality, simple in preparation method, etc.
