The invention provides the compound vitamin preparation which can weaken negative influence of high temperature on each growth phase of the stichopus japonicus and is used for cultivating the stichopus japonicus in summer. The compound vitamin preparation comprises a glucose carrier, vitamins, microelements and Chinese herbal medicines, wherein the vitamins include vitamin C and vitamin E; the microelements contain zinc, manganese and iron; the Chinese herbal medicines contain glycyrrhizic acid and taurine; the mass ratio of the glucose carrier to the vitamins to the microelements to the Chinese herbal medicines is (956-974): (4-8): (9-18): (13-18); the mass ratio of the vitamin C to the vitamin E is (3.2-6.9): (0.8-1.1); the mass ratio of zinc to manganese to iron is (3-6): (2-5): (4-7); and the mass ratio of glycyrrhizic acid to taurine is (8-11): (5-7).
