titleOfInvention | Pretreatment method for detecting BPA (bisphenol A) in environment samples |
abstract | The invention relates to a pretreatment method for detecting BPA (bisphenol A) in environment samples. The pretreatment method comprises the following steps: 1. accurately weighing 3.00g of samples, placing in a 50mL centrifugal tube, adding an acetonitrile organic mixed solvent, dispersing the samples, adding 2.0g of alkaline alumina powder, oscillating for 1min, and centrifuging for 10min at 4500rpm, wherein the acetonitrile organic mixed solvent comprises 20mL of acetronitrile and 10mu l of glacial acetic acid; 2. taking 10mL of supernatant fluid, diluting the supernatant fluid with10mL of high-purity water for later use, to prepare 20mL of sample fluid; 3. carrying out activating process of specification parameter MIPs-200mg/2.5ml BPA molecular print solid-phase extraction column: (a) leaching with 2.0mL of acetone solution containing 10% of glacial acetic acid, and (b) balancing with 2.0mL of high-purity water; 4. enabling the 20mL of sample fluid obtained in the step 2to flow through the column, vacuumizing, leaching with 5mL of high-purity water, and removing all leachate; 5. eluting with 3.0mL of acetone solution containing 10% of glacial acetic acid, collecting the elution fluid, adding 0.05mol/L ammonium acetate solution, and conducting constant volume to 3.0mL; and 6. filtering the constant-volume solution by a 0.22mu m microporous filter membrane, wherein the filtrate can be tested by a machine. |
