abstract | A wide-Reynolds-number-range plate-fin heat exchanger heat transfer and flow performance testing apparatus comprises a wind tunnel air inlet section, the wind tunnel air inlet section is connected with a first contraction section, the first contraction section is connected with a front stable section, the front stable section is connected with a first test section, the first test section is connected with a transition section, the test section is connected with a second contraction section, the second contraction section is connected with a second test section, the second test section is connected with an air exhaust section, a frequency conversion fan is connected to the larger end of the air exhaust section, each of the first and second test sections is provided with a test die, the test die is flexibly connected with a wind tunnel, a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor is arranged in each of the front and rear wind tunnels of the test dies, a flow meter is arranged in each of the channels of air discharged from dies, and the signal output of each of the sensors is connected with a measurement and control system. Two test sections are measured in real time to satisfy the tests in a large Reynolds number range, so the apparatus has the characteristics of large test Reynolds number range, accurate measure, simple operation and the like. |
