abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of test. The detection method for the content of resin in a PBO (Poly-p-phenylene Ben-zobisthiazole) fiber-reinforced epoxy resin composite material comprises the following steps of: treating a sample by sulfuric acid aqueous liquid in medium concentration without oxidability to digest resin matrix; and deducting the loss ratio of PBO fiber based on same fiber as blank reference and calculating the content of resin in the composite material. The detection method comprises sample preparation, preparation of a digestant, digestion, treatment by a digestion system, blank test and calculation process. According to the test method, the resin matrix is completely digested, the fiber loss is less, and the method is simple to operate, short in test period and high in detection accuracy. The method is suitable for determining the content of resin in an oxidizable fiber-reinforced epoxy resin composite material, in particular for determining the content of resin in the PBO fiber-reinforced epoxy resin composite material. |
