abstract | The invention provides a natural anti-bacterial textile material which is prepared by the following procedures: material selecting, processing, compounding and spinning. The natural anti-bacterial textile material is characterized by being a textile material which is processed by mixing natural ocean high-polymer chitosan fiber with cotton fibers or other cellulosic fibers of a certain proportion. The natural anti-bacterial textile material has the advantages that an antibacterial agent preparation process and a loading process are simultaneously carried out by adopting a negative-pressure sputtering technology, and a film-coated layer by negative-pressure sputtering is more compact, stable and firmer by carrying out plasma pre-treatment on the substrate of the textile material; and meanwhile, an agglomeration problem of nanometer titanium dioxide particles in a common post-treatment coating method is solved. |
