titleOfInvention AMF+PGPR (arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi+plant growth promoting rhizobacteria) combined microbial inoculum and preparation method and application of combined microbial inoculum in decomposition of residual organophosphorus pesticides decomposition
abstract The invention provides an AMF+PGPR (arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi+plant growth promoting rhizobacteria) combined microbial inoculum and a preparation method and the application of the combined microbial inoculum in decomposition of residual organophosphorus pesticides. The method mainly comprises the steps of: respectively culturing and propagating AMF glomus mosseae and PGPR pseudomonas fluorescens, and then uniformly mixing the AMF with the PGPR so as to prepare the combined microbial inoculum. The combined microbial inoculum is applied to the soil suffering from organophosphorus pesticide pollution according to an application amount of 50 ml per square meter and clovers are planted so as to establish an AMF+clover+PGPR triple remediation system. The soil subjected to inoculation treatment is not fertilized and subjected to proper water control and other routine managements, so that the triple remediation system is normally cultivated, grows and is decomposed. After two years of decomposition, the methamidophos residues in the soil can be significantly reduced, and the physical and chemical properties, fertility and physical conditions of the soil are remediated. According to the invention, the problems that in the prior art, the degradation rate is low and toxic intermediate products are produced in the process of decomposition, and the like are solved.
