abstract The invention discloses a recombining human pleiotrophin fusion protein and a method for preparing the same. The pleiotrophin fusion protein is obtained by constructing a prokaryotic expression vector pET44a(+)-pleiotrophin, further connecting a purification tag sequence, thrombin and an enterokinase enzyme site in turn at an N terminal of the human pleiotrophin, transforming the Nus sequence into escherichia coli to obtain a transformant, and inductively expressing, separating and purifying the escherichia coli transformant. The biological activity verifies and indicates that the method is capable of promoting the cell growth of the pleiotrophin fusion protein and can be applied to the preparation of nerve nutrition drugs.
