abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a hollow fiber membrane with spiral reinforcing ribs and a spinning nozzle. During the process, a rotatable spinning nozzle is adopted, and because a groove with a semi-circular cross section is formed in the inner wall of a membrane liquid channel of the spinning nozzle along the axial direction, a membrane casting liquid is obtained by mixing 15-25% of polymer, 70-75% of a solvent, 2-10% of a pore-forming agent and 0.1-0.5% of a toughening modification agent, stirring fully at 30-70 DEG C, and defoaming; when the membrane casting liquid and inner gel liquid pass through through holes in a lower die of the rotary spinning nozzle and a base plate, reinforcing ribs can be formed on the outer wall of the hollow fiber membrane under the effects of inner and outer gel liquids, and the number of the reinforcing ribs can be controlled through the number of semi-circular grooves, and the thread pitch of the reinforcing ribs can be controlled through the rotation speed of the motor. According to the method and the adopted spinning nozzle, the mechanical intensity of the hollow fiber membrane can be improved obviously.
