abstract The invention provides a preparation method for a nanoparticle pharmaceutical composition. The method comprises the following steps of (1) mixing and emulsifying a first solution with an aqueous solution of hydrophilic small molecule drugs to obtain a first emulsion, wherein the first solution comprises an amphiphilic polymer and a first organic solvent; (2) mixing the first emulsion with an aqueous solution of a first surfactant, mixing the mixed materials with a second solution and an aqueous solution of a cationic polymer and emulsifying to obtain a second emulsion, wherein the second solution contains hydrophobic drugs and a second organic solvent; (3) mixing the second emulsion with an aqueous solution of a second surfactant, carrying out centrifugal separation to obtain a precipitate; and (4) dissolving the precipitate in water and mixing the dissolved precipitate with nucleic acid drugs, and separating to obtain the nanoparticle pharmaceutical composition. The invention also provides the nanoparticle pharmaceutical composition prepared by the above method.
