titleOfInvention Method for rapid and vegetative propagation of crowtoe
abstract The invention relates to a method for rapid and vegetative propagation of crowtoe. The adopted technical scheme is as follows: the method comprises the steps of sterilizing cotyledon of the crowtoe; then inoculating cotyledon of the crowtoe onto an adventitious bud induction medium, wherein the culture condition is that the temperature is 25 plus or minus 1 DEG C, the illumination time is 16 hours each day, and the light intensity is 30micromol-2s-1, and cultivating till the adventitious bud sprouts; when the adventitious bud is 2-3cm, cutting from the root, and transferring the root into a rooting culture medium; when the root of the rooting seedling is 2-3cm, opening a bottle neck for hardening seedling, and then transplanting into a mixed matrix. According to the method, a plant tissue culture method is adopted, leaves are taken as material, the formation of the adventitious bud is directly induced without the callus step, and the adventitious bud can be induced to form a complete root system in 20 days through a rooting manner. The generation of vegetative propagation offspring can be obtained in 40-50 days. The method provides a feasible manner for the rapid propagation of the crowtoe.
