abstract The invention discloses a method for improving as-cast structure homogeneity of X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 martensitic stainless steel, which comprises the following steps: configuring an alloy, preheating a casting mold, heating the alloy, performing superheating treatment on the alloy liquid, and casting the alloy, thus obtaining a stainless steel cast ingot which is homogeneous and fine in structure. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the as-cast structure homogeneity of stainless steel can be greatly improved, the equiaxed crystal zone proportion is increased, and grains are refined, thereby being beneficial to enhance the comprehensive mechanical property of X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 martensitic stainless steel. The process disclosed by the invention is simple, and the as-cast structure homogeneity of X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 martensitic stainless steel can be effectively controlled by simply optimizing casting process parameters; and the process is easy to operate and control, and is suitable for industrial production.
