titleOfInvention | Method of preparing phosphatidylserine in enzymic mode |
abstract | The invention aims at providing a method of preparing phosphatidylserine in an enzymic mode. soyabean phosphatidylcholine is dissolved in organic solvent, an aqueous solution containing 2%-8% serine is added, the potential of hydrogen (PH) is adjusted into 5.6, basic group exchange is carried out under the catalysis of phospholipase D, after the reaction for four hours, the soyabean phosphatidylcholine is converted into the phosphatidylserine, reactant washes organic phases with water, after dehydration and desolvation, the organic phases are sufficiently washed with acetone to separate out acetone undissolved substance, and a product is obtained in a drying mode. After tested by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the content of the phosphatidylserine in the product is more than 40%, and therefore the preparation of the phosphatidylserine is finished. |
