abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting coix seed oil through CO2 supercritical extraction, rectification and filtration. By using the method, the coix seed oil is extracted through extraction, rectification, filtration, deacidification and two-stage separation and the acid value of the coix seed oil is reduced; and the coix seed oil can be filtered by using gelatinoids phospholipid substances eluted by a rectifying column, and thus, the yellow, clear and transparent coix seed oil is obtained. The production method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high yield, low acid value, safety for production operation and no any entrainer, thereby being a more-practical and industrial method for extracting high-quality coix seed oil. |
