titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of phenolic aldehyde emulsion for automobile filter paper |
abstract | The invention provides a manufacturing method of phenolic aldehyde emulsion for automobile filter paper. The manufacturing method of the phenolic aldehyde emulsion for the automobile filter paper comprises the following steps. A combined catalyst is added in phenols, temperature rises to 60-80 DEG C, and aldehyde with the mole ratio of 1/1.0-2.5 with the phenols is added. The emulsion is added for constant temperature polycondensation till the viscosity of a reaction mixture is 20-40cp. An aldehyde reduction agent is added, and temperature is reduced to less than 40 DEG C. By improving the catalyst, phenolic resin can be mixed with certain emulsion in the process of production so that the phenolic resin can be stable after being mixed with the emulsion. Meanwhile, alcohol soluble resin is improved to be water-soluble resin, and use environment is improved. A toughening effect of the emulsion is utilized, and brittleness of the phenolic resin is improved. Meanwhile, cost is reduced, curve stiffness and toughness (bursting strength) of the filter paper made from the phenolic aldehyde emulsion meet requirements. |
