abstract | The invention relates to polysilane / silicon resin hybridization photoinitiator and a preparation method and application of the polysilane / silicon resin hybridization photoinitiator. The polysilane / silicon resin hybridization photoinitiator utilizes R1R2SiC12, R3SiC13 and SiC14 as raw materials and utilizes a Wurtz condensation method to prepare polysilane, and then the polysilane is in hydrolysis/ alcoholysis condensation reaction with moderate trimethylchlorosilane, R4R5SiC12, R6SiC13, and SiC14, and the polysilane / silicon resin hybridization photoinitiator is acquired. The polysilane / silicon resin hybridization photoinitiator can be used as photoinitiator of polymerization of unsaturated monomer or low polymer monomer and the like. The preparation process of the polysilane / silicon resin hybridization photoinitiator is simple, and technological parameters are easy to control. Prepared photoinitiator is good in solubleness in photopolymerization micromolecule or the low polymer monomer, high in initiation efficiency of ultraviolet light, and is further capable of improving surface properties of photopolymers. In addition, substrate polymerization is initiated, and meanwhile copolymerization modification is conducted to the substrate, and therefore products of organosilicone modification are acquired. |
