titleOfInvention | Calcic growth regulator used for seedling transplantation in saline area |
abstract | The invention relates to calcic growth regulator used for seeding transplantation in a saline area. The calcic growth regulator comprises a root-irrigation agent and a spraying agent. The root-irrigation agent comprises the components of naphthylacetic acid, indolebutyric acid, Ca(NO3)2 and zeatin. The spraying agent comprises the components of abscisic acid, urea and KH2PO4. The calcic regulator is used for the seedling transplantation in the coastal saline area, and can obviously improve a seedling survival rate. A result of a transplanting experiment implemented on pruns x cistenenas and Chinese ashes in the Tianjin Binhai New Area Taida Plant Resource Library from May to December in 2012 shows that the calcic growth regulator can improve the survival rate of the pruns x cistenenas from 12% to 90% and can improve the survival rate of the Chinese ash trees from 50% to 90%, the content of physiological active calcium, the content of chlorophyll and the content of soluble sugar in a plant body are improved obviously, and the content of malonaldehyde is lowered significantly. |
