abstract The invention relates to a casting production device and a method for non-oxide glass. The casting production device (100) comprises a main body (10), a main body door (15) and an air exhaustion/inflation system, wherein a melting furnace (20), a crucible (30) and a forming mold (40) are arranged in a main body chamber (16) of the main body (10). A stirring rod (50) penetrates through a chamber wall and extends inside the melting furnace (20), and a stirring component is connected to one end, extending inside the melting furnace (20), of the stirring rod (50); and the stirring rod (50) can move relative to the chamber wall and can drive the stirring component to rotate around the central axis of the stirring rod (50). A crucible operating component can enable the crucible (30) to move between a first position and a second position; and when the crucible (30) is located at the second position, the crucible operating component can enable the crucible (30) to rotate, so that glass liquid in the crucible (30) is poured into the forming mold (40). The invention further provides the method for producing the non-oxide glass by using the casting production device (100).
