The sticky rice is put in a blending machine and ground into glutinous rice flour, 1kg sticky rice is poured into a pot, 5kg water is added into the pot, the sticky rice is heated to stew 10 minutes, the sticky rice is scooped up to pour into a salver, 2kg glutinous rice flour is added into the salver, the glutinous rice flour is rubbed into a powder roll, the powder roll is put on a chopping board and rolled into a 8millimeter slice through a flour-rolling stick, 3kg powder roll is taken to pour into the other salver, 2kg sugar and 200g sesame are poured into the salver, the powder roll, the sugar and the sesame are blended and rubbed evenly by hands, tiled on the slice which is rolled by the flour-rolling stick, rolled up by hands, and cut into blocks with 3cm width by a cutter, 5kg vegetable oil is poured into the pot and heated to boil, and the cut blocks are gradually put into the oil pot to fry 5 minutes. The method is mainly used for producing the fried glutinous rice cake roll.
