The invention also discloses a compound, that is, benzyl N-[2-oxo-2-[(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)amino]ethyl]carbamate (compound of formula 4). The present invention further discloses a method for preparing the compound of formula 14 from the compound of formula 15 and the compound of formula 1 or 1A.
