abstract The invention provides an antimicrobial mildew-proof silicon adhesive and a preparation method thereof and relates to a sealant. The antimicrobial mildew-proof silicon adhesive comprises 80-90 of hydroxyl silicone oil, 3-8 of silicon powder, 3-8 of crosslinking agent, 0.1-1 of catalyst, 1-3 of bonding additive and 0.5-2 of cube silver-zirconium phosphate antimicrobial powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding the hydroxyl silicone oil, the silicon powder and the cube silver-zirconium phosphate antimicrobial powder to a vacuum kneading machine, dewatering and resonating to obtain a hydroxyl silicone oil mixture; and transferring the obtained hydroxyl silicone oil mixture to a dispersion stirred tank, adding the crosslinking agent, the bonding additive and the catalyst, mixing to have chemical reaction to obtain the antimicrobial mildew-proof silicon adhesive. Due to adoption of the cube silver-zirconium phosphate antimicrobial powder prepared by the inventor, the prepared antimicrobial mildew-proof silicon adhesive has an antimicrobial mildew-proof characteristic, does not mildew after long-term use, and has a good anti-microbial effect, so that bacteria breeding is avoided and kitchens, toilets and the like are attractive and sanitary. In addition, the antimicrobial mildew-proof silicon adhesive is low in manufacturing cost.
