titleOfInvention Polylactic acid/plant polysaccharide environmentally-friendly composite material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a polylactic acid/plant polysaccharide environmentally-friendly composite material. The polylactic acid/plant polysaccharide environmentally-friendly composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55%-75% of polylactic acid, 20%-40% of diisocyanate modified plant polysaccharide and 5%-10% of vegetable oil polyols, wherein the diisocyanate modified plant polysaccharide is prepared from plant polysaccharide and diisocyanate in a weight ratio of 100: (3-10). The polylactic acid/plant polysaccharide environmentally-friendly composite material has excellent and stable mechanical performance, still has excellent stretching and bending properties after being stored for a long time, can be used for preparing thin films, disposable tableware and the like, can be completely degraded, and hardly pollutes the environment and has very good environmental benefits. The invention aslo discloses a preparation method of the polylactic acid/plant polysaccharide environmentally-friendly composite material, which can be realized by adopting a conventional twin-screw extruder; and the preparation method is simple, easy to control, strong in operability, low in production cost and easy for industrial production and has wide application prospect.
