abstract | The invention discloses a ceramized silicone rubber heat shrinkable bushing. The raw materials of the bushing comprise the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of substrate resin, 0.1-300 parts of ceramized silicone rubber, 0.1-30 parts of polymer compatilizer, 0.1-300 parts of packing or fire retardant, 0-20 parts of antioxidant, 0-5 parts of cross-linking agent and/or cross-linking aid and 0-20 parts of color masterbatch. The invention also discloses a production method of the ceramized silicone rubber heat shrinkable bushing. The ceramized silicone rubber heat shrinkable bushing provided by the invention can keep nonflammable firstly; the fire resistance and flame retardance of the bushing can be improved; and if the external flame is up to a certain extent to burn the ceramized silicone rubber heat shrinkable bushing, organic components in the silicon rubber can be burned and turned into a ceramic-shaped shell within very short time, but not be burned into powdery ash, and the ceramic-shaped shell is provided with a hard protective layer which can be used for blocking the continuous combustion of the flame and can play a role in insulating the external flame, so that a burned object is protected from being damaged. |
