abstract The invention discloses a telomerization-free method for continuously preparing polysiloxane from cyclosiloxane. The method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing cyclosiloxane, a basic catalyst which is 0.01-0.1% of cyclosiloxane in percentage by weight and a molecular weight adjustor which is 0.01-0.15% of cyclosiloxane in percentage by weight; reacting for 1-4 hours; after reaction, inactivating the basic catalyst in a reaction liquid obtained by reaction; and then, devolatilizing to obtain polysiloxane. The invention further discloses a device for continuously preparing polysiloxane for implementing the method. With the adoption of continuous production process, quality difference among batches in batch production in the intermittent process is avoided, and the product quality is stable.
