abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting curcumenol. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) crushing zedoary turmeric, carrying out steam distillation on the crushed zedoary turmeric under an ordinary pressure, and separating to obtain oil of zedoary turmeric; (2) carrying out further rectification to remove substances, such as borneol and elemene which have a low boiling point respectively under the condition that the kettle bottom temperature is 162-175 DEG C and the kettle top temperature is 100-120 DEG C, and collecting solid-solid mixture fractions when the vacuum degree is 20mmHg-50mmHg; and (3), filtering out solid, and recrystallizing the solid by using an organic solvent or a mixed solvent to obtain colorless acicular crystal curcumenol. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the extraction efficiency is high, the yield reaches 35 percent, the extracted curcumenol is high in purity, large in extraction amount and low in extraction loss and belongs to a high-purity single active ingredient of which the content can reach more than 90 percent, or even more than 96 percent. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, common in equipment, environment-friendly and suitable for industrial mass production; and conditions are easy to achieve. |
