abstract | The invention relates to the field of heath foods, in particular to a making method of sea cucumber medicinal liquor. Materials to be soaked are screened, namely quality sea cucumber and Chinese Caterpillar Fungus are screened by precipitation; the materials to be soaked are cleaned, namely the quality sea cucumber and Chinese Caterpillar Fungus are subjected to sand removal, settling and standing after cleaning and screening; the materials to be soaked are prepared, namely the sea cucumber and Chinese Caterpillar Fungus which are cleaned are added in purified water double of the materials and are heated to 60 DEG C and boiled for 30-60 minutes, trace of astragalus root, wolfberry fruit and white granulated sugar is added into the water, boiling is allowed to continue to 100 DEG C, and enzymatic catalyst is added for enzymolysis after the temperature drops to about 40 DEG C; the medicinal liquor is prepared, namely 20-60 DEG liquor is added after about one hour, soaking is performed in the liquor for more than three hours, and cooling, filtering and sediment removal are performed. |
